Established in 2014 we looked to bring something different to Scotland and what better than the extravagance of American dining with our own twist.
Sourcing all our produce as locally as possible we aim to provide quality on every plate… which is always devoured leaving you thinking about your next visit!
We provide generous portions with everything being freshly prepared on a daily basis and as family business we welcome everyone with open arms and our door is always open.
After realising school wasn’t for him, our one and only Raz dipped into the food industry were his passions were ignited!
He’s Lit on the grill and has definitely got the sauce… the Peri Peri sauce to be precise! He has unleashed all his creative genius into the Original Adams Menu.
